YIX Training is 12 weeks (3 month) High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that provides you with unique workouts to use each month, with increasing intensity as your fitness level increases. Workouts will be conducted 3 times a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday; this allows at least a day of rest in between workouts to allow you time to recover. All exercises in this program have their modified version as well as their alternatives, so you get to choose among a great variety of bodyweight exercises.
