Introduction

This book is not for academic scholars, but for all responsible citizen who love and respect the country and constitution of U.S. and interested in upcoming presidential election in 2016. 2016 election will determine the future of the country into 21st century and beyond.

This book briefly explains, election process, political parties, candidates, qualities of a president, brief over view of issues like economy, legal and illegal immigration, jobs, national security, war and peace, and much more.

This book will give basic information to prepare a potential voter to make educated and wise decision to how to pick a president to take U.S., into 21st century; also presidential candidates and their agendas for America and Americans and world peace.

What Americans has forgotten is The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag: I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

Time is now to unite under The Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag to make America America. As intended by founding persons.

Country: USA is in translational purgatory, seems like USA slowly moving towards a dystopian future. US is victim of violent, economy, trade and cultural terror attack by Gangs, failed globalization concept, Mexico, India, and other countries and inside job.

UK’s exit from EU proves globalization is fail system on all levels.

The US sent 22% of global remittance volume in the year 2014 and $120 BILLION in 2012 by illegals and work visa foreign workers like H1B and type L and their spouses whom are allowed to work in US, these dollars are going out of the country and have extreme negative effect on economy, jobs, industries and politics. Monies earned here and spend here helps greatly in growth of the country’s economy. Mr. Trump and Bernie sanders are against outsourcing jobs and foreign workers. Once supporter of foreign workers and outsourcing American jobs, Hillary Clinton said in Feb 2016 America should create jobs that cannot be exported to foreign countries but she fails to mention what jobs cannot be outsourced, maybe President’s job or congress/Senate ?? which are responsible for making law to encourage outsourcing and foreign workers and illegals in US. Bigotry against own citizens. Mr. Jeff Weaver called Hillary "Outsource in Chief (CNN Mar 2, 2016).

When congress is done with their bingo night, they go and spend people monies like a kid in candy store. wastage of people monies all-time high.

There are many ways to measure the health of a society: income, accumulated wealth, overall feelings of happiness and life expectancy. Citizens of US are dying prematurely due to excessive alcohol consumption and drugs because of their jobs were outsourced and hiring of foreign worker on visa like H1B and L and others and illegals.

Middle class Americans has been liquidating savings or already exhausted all their monies to feed their families since 2001, main reason, is loss of job due to out sourcing and hiring of foreign workers on visas like H1 B and type L.

This has direct effect of foreign policies and interior policies for past decade.

Many states are near bankrupts because of less tax collections due to job loss to out sourcing and foreign workers, most of foreign workers do not pay income tax.

One of the main reason of jobs loss of American is outsourcing jobs to Philippines, India and like countries and Hiring of foreign workers on H1B and Type L and like visas to replace or / and fill to new jobs created in US and failing to educated, re-train or train on jobs programs and also this was part of foreign policy especially since 2006. Approved by congress and Senate of US. Sweatshops were legalizing by many western countries – legalize sweatshops are crime against humanity.

Congress (US) has approval rate of 9% disapproval rate (Feb 2016). Unsatisfactory mostly due to bigotry against own citizens, and economic terrorist prey America’s resources and jobs and other citizens’ rights. Since great recession of 2008, citizens have lost over few trillion dollars in house depreciation, loss of job, education, business and many are losing their life, since 1981 congress/Senate and White house has been making law to discriminate against her own people, some of such laws are encouraging out sourcing, hiring of foreign workers to replace citizens and unfair trade agreements, which cause government to increase tax on middle class and poor to fulfill unnecessary ever growing budget.

National debt is $19,423,157,727,100 + (as of Aug 18, 2016, est time 2:8 pm) [Source: usdebtclock.org/], people and companies who has benefitted from wars and out sourcing and hiring of foreign workers should be taxed to pay off national debt.

Border:

there is no border with defining wall, there is no country. Border protect country and her citizens from all kind of invasions such as military, business and economic and others.

Wall will reduce sex trafficking in US by almost 95% (citing estimate), thousands of innocent victims are human trafficked every year through Mexican / US boarder every year, victims often kidnapped from Mexico and other southern countries. Most of victims are females, some are young as 13. And many US citizens are kidnapped and are sex trafficked to southern countries and beyond.

Americans are frustrated with government because the government (including Congress/Senate) has failed American citizens at all levels, including economy, jobs, infrastructure, control wastage, wars and peace since 1990s. Citizens believes that government has no credibility and is incompetent at all level.

In July 2016, the participation (work force) rate was up a tenth of a percentage point to 62.8 percent. One of those figures used is the U-6 rate, which has a broader definition of the unemployed. That rate rose slightly in July — to 9.7 %. {The U-6 rate is defined as all unemployed, plus persons marginally attached to the labor force, plus total employed part time for economic reasons, as a percent of the labor force.}. According to Labor Department, U.S. unemployment rate remained at 4.9 percent in July 2016.

An estimate 10 million jobs has been outsourced since year 2000 - 5 million service jobs, including banking, IT and 5 million manufacturing. 288,281 Management jobs to be outsourced in 2014(-15). And more to H1B visa employees in US According to the U.S. Department of Labor and Forrester Research, Inc, Department of Labor predict that outsourcing is expected to expand in numbers and scope. In 2011 2,273,392 (million) American jobs were outsourced outside USA. Manufacturing 53%, IT services 43%, R&D 38%, Distribution 26 %, call or help center 12% [Source: BEA: USA department of commerce].

All Employment Growth Since 2000 Went to Immigrants, Government data show that since 2000 all of the net gain in the number of working-age (16 to 65) people holding a job has gone to immigrants (legal and illegal). In 2014:

46.7 million people (14.8 percent) were in poverty.

15.5 million (21.1 percent) children under the age of 18 were in poverty.

4.6 million (10 percent) seniors 65 and older were in poverty.

The overall national poverty rate according to the Supplemental Poverty Measure is 15.3 percent, as compared with the official poverty rate of 14.8 percent.

Under the Supplemental Poverty Measure, there are 48.4 million people living in poverty, nearly 2 million more than are represented by the official poverty measure (46.7 million)". (Source:feedingamerica.org).

Trump and Hillary Clinton has not mentioned poverty and disadvantage in US.
