    I am 75. I believe in music. I was raised in the Bay Area in Ca now I live in Oregon outside Portland. I believe that WE are forever. The body is only one part of us that God is omnipotent. We are connected to the power of the universe, which is God. He is my companion. He leaves me speechless. I have been writing poetry most of my life and want to paint pictures with my words. I have other books called Believe, Letters, Penciled Thoughts now available I have works in City. Night. Sky. also in Echoes published by Write Around Portland, in the International Who's Who in Poetry, I have works displayed on faithwriters.com, I have some non-Christian works on poetrypoem.com/advisor4, and on poetryvista.com/theletters. I've been published in many social newspapers and church publications. My poetry has been read over 166000 times throughout the world. I have my books in 20,000 libraries I write/sing and play keyboards. I have written over 29 songs, one I performed in church.       to tell you how I feel.

      When I’m close to you

      my heart starts to reel.

      With the closeness of you.

      When you are away

      I’m so sad and blue.

      Then I see your face

      I know my love is true.

      Each memory we sow

      all turns into flower.

      Sitting close to you

      I could do for hours.

      So kiss me once again

      and hold my hand.

      My life is complete

      for our love’s so grand.
