About this ebook

I believe that the best way to combat chronic inflammation and, therefore, to manage pain and fatigue most effectively is to incorporate anti-inflammatory foods into one’s daily diet. This is one reason why I decided to write this e-book about how to best self-manage arthritis through healthy eating.

I have discovered first-hand that certain foods and drinks such as alcohol, caffeine and soft drinks can substantially aggravate my pain levels. Then as time goes on I feel quite a bit more pain and fatigue. Sometimes, I even have a difficult time sleeping and doing my exercise.

Chronic inflammation is directly connected to many chronic health problems, ranging from arthritis to fibromyalgia and even diabetes and heart disease. No matter your age or health status, an anti-inflammation diet will provide some benefit. I believe that those who adopt some or all aspects of an inflammatory diet can enjoy significant improvements in health, decreased pain, improved energy and mood.

This e-book will offer you some guidance to follow to improve your dietary and lifestyle habits and reduce your risk for many chronic diseases.

I hope this e-book offers you some guidance to follow to improve your dietary and lifestyle habits and reduce your risk for many chronic diseases.

Despite the fact that I am writing this e-book geared specifically towards arthritis sufferers, my e-book is also applicable to all individuals who have chronic illnesses of any sort.

This e-book is full of personally tested dietary tips that have helped me in the past and that still do. It offers tricks for adopting and maintaining an anti-inflammatory lifestyle in the short and long-term.

I believe that information and education are two of the most effective ways to self-manage our symptoms of arthritis and other chronic conditions.

If we can manage some of the symptoms through careful analysis of our diet and lifestyle, we will feel more in control of our lives and well-being. And this is one thing that arthritis sufferers need as they feel so out of control much of the time.

Traditional medicine merely focuses on the symptoms of a chronic illness. But many times these meds create more problems for patient in the long-run. This is because the meds usually don’t help for too long before they have to be replaced with even stronger meds. Most of these meds have terrible side effects that can make us feel even sicker.

Therefore, I believe that self-management and prevention is so much better for individuals with arthritis than taking strong meds to alleviate pain and symptoms of their chronic illness.

Prepare to be amazed and inspired to take control of your health care. Be prepared to work on all aspects of your health through healthy eating.

In this e-book, I offer 16 tips to eat healthier to better manage your pain and inflammation. I hope that you get relief from even trying to follow a few of these
