About this ebook

Jesus promised citizens of the Kingdom of God an 'abundant life’. Why do so many believers then not experience the peace, joy and the righteousness? Many now struggle even to remain faithful to the Lord let alone live a victorious Christian life. What has gone wrong? We get the answer in Jesus ‘Sermon on the Mount'; the discourse where He reveals the 'laws' of the Kingdom of God. To experience its life, citizens must observe these precepts. However, the sermon has an important preamble of eight beatitudes. These well known 'blessings' are the foundation principles for all the other ‘laws’ of the Kingdom. They give us the critical keys to enjoy the riches of the Kingdom. It is time to dust of these eight gems that have been relegated to obscurity and discover the pathway they lay out to experience Kingdom blessing. The author, a seasoned bible teacher takes each beatitude and in a scholarly yet practical way to show how they apply to daily life. These eight precepts are indispensable if we are to be prepared for the end-times.
