    Breakfast

    Delicious Waffles

    ½ c. sifted coconut flour (firm packed)

    12 large eggs

    8 tbsp. melted butter

    4 tbsp. applesauce

    4 tbsp. raw honey

    ½ tsp. salt

    Begin by Heat up your waffle iron and greasing it well. Next, in a large bowl combine all your ingredients and mix until smooth. Scoop out about a half c. of batter per waffle and cook until golden brown. Be sure and make plenty because these waffles take well to being frozen and make a great breakfast on the run!

    Pancakes w/ Chocolate Chips

    1/3 c. sifted coconut flour (firm packed)

    5 large, separated eggs

    5 tbsp. melted butter

    1/3 c. whole milk

    2 tbsp. raw honey (melted)

    ½ tsp. salt

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    1 tbsp. cocoa powder (unsweetened)

    ½ tsp. baking powder

    2/3 c. chocolate chips

    Coconut oil

    Begin by beating your egg whites until peaks start to form and partially beating the yolks until foamy. Once beat, fold your egg mixture together with the melted butter, whole milk, vanilla extract, honey and salt. Once well mixed add in your coconut flour, along with the coconut and cocoa powder. Mix until smooth and then add in your chocolate chips. Heat a pan or griddle on medium heat and coat with coconut oil. Scoop out about a quarter c. of batter per pancake and allow to cook around 3-4 minutes flipping about every minute. Top with your favorite topping and serve warm.

    Breakfast Shake

    1 tbsp. sifted coconut flour

    2 Bananas (frozen or refrigerated)

    ¼ tsp. vanilla extract

    2 tbsp. raw honey

    2 c. crushed ice

    1 c. dried coconut flakes

    2 c. whole milk

    Place all ingredients into your blender and set on high. Allow to blend until a smooth and even texture is attained. Pour into glasses and serve! Fast, delicious and healthy.

    Berry Crepes

    2 tbsp. coconut flour

    2 medium eggs

    2 tbsp. coconut oil

    ¼ tsp. vanilla extract

    1/8 tsp. salt

    Pinch of ground nutmeg

    Pinch of ground cinnamon

    1/3 c. whole coconut milk

    1-1/2 c. blueberries

    Whipped cream

    Start out by beating together your eggs, vanilla, coconut oil and salt in a medium sized bowl until smooth. Once blended mix in your coconut flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and coconut milk. Heat up a skillet or pan on medium heat and oil lightly. Scoop out the batter in eighth c. portions and pour onto your pan or skillet to cook, making sure that the batter is spread thin. Allow to cook for about a minute or two and then fill with berries and flip to finish cooking. Top with whipped cream and
