The author presents the problems in a very systematic and pedagogical manner to make the reader think logically about solving them. I recommend this book to anyone who finds it difficult to understand ipv4 subnets.

An IP address is the unique identifier that the Internet Protocol (IP) assigns each node or host in a network. A host is anything that requires connecting and communicating with other hosts over the network, hosts can be computers (Servers & PCs), network printers, Smartphones, tablets, even TVs and even smart fridges. A network is a group of two or more hosts that connect together using a common protocol (language) of communication.
