    What is the Emotional Freedom Technique?

    Most people have heard of acupressure, acupuncture, and even Reiki, which are all forms of healing that use the human body’s own energy field to help heal itself.  The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is another type of energy healing that uses a type of acupressure to help deal with the emotional issues that can stand in the way of making the healthy changes people need to make to improve their lives.
