The No Knife Life is an introduction to a food philosophy focused on healthy living and food choices that serve your body the best. Do you choose what makes you better or do you choose what comes easy? When the choice is centered on food, taking the easy route is simple but the results can be destructive. Life will throw enough challenges your way; there is no need to create unnecessary challenges that will make life harder with each passing day. We learn to choose foods based primarily on how they appeal to our senses, most importantly, how they taste. Most of us don’t think about what happens to that food once it’s down our throat and out of sight. What do we get for acting on the thought that we can eat anything we want?
