    CHAPTER 1

    Accept your submissive heart

    Coming to terms with the reality that you’re not exactly in the mainstream can be an inner battle. Whether you are ready to spring out of the kinky closet, or whether you are taking tiny steps toward your true self, the journey can be harrowing. Denial prolongs the process and creates a cycle of indulgence and fasting.
