The Seduction of Wine - Sally Marbry

She was brought to us by the Crusaders. Wearing violet, her dark skin was so intense that she did stand out, and now with her straight forwardness, she is sexy, tragic, and a bit angry.

Maybe all this stems from her confusion about her original heritage. I know her parents were from France, the Northern Rhone area, but I heard she had a relative from Central Iran. This, to me, just adds to her intrigue.

When she arrived in California, in the 70’s, she blended well with others. I think the complexity of her scent, of all things, was the main attraction. Even I love her peppery smell with a hint of blackberry, but what do you expect from such a spicy gal.

I can drink her down almost any night. Que sera sera.

    Sherry

Just a sip with my lips, a bit sweet but mostly dry, Oloroso does have a rich and luscious body. Her dark walnut skin is so much better I think than her sister Fino with straw colored hair. Besides this dark inviting visual, I admire her fortitude.

Coming from a truly blended upbringing, I know she knows how
