- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love the organization of this book. I have used many of the ideas in this book to teach phonemic awareness to my child care children ages 5 and under. I love that the activities are play based. Each letter includes a letter craft and play activities. There are suggestions on letter introduction order starting with the letter /s/. I add snack ideas, mystery words (vocabulary), songs etc. But can be used in its entirety for a first time user.
