Not only will you find healthy recipes for main courses, you will also find recipes for side dishes to go with them, and believe it or not, some desserts for the slow cooker as well!I use my own recipes on a regular basis for my husband and son, daughter and son-in-law, and coming soon...my first grandson! I have passed these recipes down to my daughter and my son's girlfriend. They use them as often as I do.     In my first book Into Your Skinny Jeans-Real-Life Recipes to Get You Into Your Skinny Jeans at ANY Age, I began by telling about my journey of why and how I lost 48 pounds at the age of 43. Spring of 2010 is when I began my Life Change as I call it (I don’t use the word diet), and I have kept off the weight and I am still fitting into my skinny jeans 4 years later! My first book was filled with over 100 healthy recipes that I use to help me stay on the right track. As told in my journey, I started off very regimented, never varying what I ate daily.
