    I didn't expect much but this book really had me hooked! It was very informative and to the point, but also written with humor. If you believe in natural medicine, I highly recommend this book

What is Exercise With Oxygen Therapy?

EWOT — it sounds like the counter girl at the Greasy Spoon calling out orders to the frantic cook in the smoke-filled kitchen: Give us a hamburger—EWOT— everything without the tomato. But it's a lot more important than that. An example:

Andy J. was a 75 year old retired theatrical agent. He was depressed and so debilitated, mentally and physically, that he couldn't put one foot in front of the other without sitting down to rest. He and Theresa, a former, well-known professional classic dancer, had been married for 50 years. Andy had a seemingly illimitable sexual appetite and Theresa was not far behind in the enjoyment of the Oldest Sport.

Around the age of 60, Andy's biological systems began to wane, and an important part of their life disappeared, almost overnight. At first, Theresa accused him of infidelity and of not loving her anymore. It was inconceivable that it could be anything else in a man who seemed to think of little but sex and sports.
