    This recipe book has 31 different soups that can all be made in less than an hour using average supermarket ingredients. The recipes are quick and easy, yet very flavorful. The book is targeted to the busy working person who, after a long day, can shop for common ingredients and made a delicious dinner quickly. The book has 4 sections, Broth Soups, Bean Soups, Cream Soups and Chowders. Every one has been tested more than once and by persons other than the author. The variety is wide so no two soups are very similar, except by variety (i.e. chowders).
