    Introduction

    First of all, thank you for taking the time to learn about this stress management and productivity system, which I call the Work Stress Management System. If you are studying this, then I know you are feeling stressed about all the things you have to get done, but by learning and implementing this system, you’ll likely be surprised by how much less stress you experience and find out how much more productive you could be.

    You have taken your valuable time and have chosen to spend it with me, so I have done everything in my powers to make the time invested in this system worth it and won’t waste your valuable time.

    So let’s get started...

    First of all, who am I?

    My name is Chris Ervin, I’m a veterinarian, I manage a full staff, a father, a husband, and in addition to my regular job I run a part-time pet business mostly in the early mornings and at night after the kids are asleep.

    My days start really early, not because I have to but because I want to.  I want to use all the time allotted to me to make the most of my life.  That is why despite working full time and having on call duty, I have a part-time business.

    Today I’m going to share with you how I am so productive and able to get so much done, and you will too, using my Work Stress Management System.

    The Beginnings

    I grew up on a dairy farm so I always had a great work ethic. And while going through college and veterinary school I always had part-time jobs.

    I used memory techniques to allow me to study much less than my classmates and get better grades.  Most of the time while people were stressing out about a test the next day, I was working, finding the time to study, and still getting a full night of sleep.

    Pulling all-nighters was something I never did.

    The memory techniques I used to excel in school weren’t special, they were available to anyone willing to read and learn about them.

    The point I want to make is that the techniques to be highly productive are being offered to you right now.

    So use the techniques I’m going to share here with you.  If you don’t then you will have just wasted your time.  Just like the memory techniques that I have used, they are available to anyone willing to learn.

    Traditional Time Management Leads to More Stress

    I’ve been out of school now for almost 12 years working as a veterinarian. And for those 12 years, and for all the time I spent in school, traditional time management techniques worked great for me.  

    But as I’ve taken on more and more responsibilities I became burned out.  

    If you’ve never experienced burn out, it can be devastating. You basically lose all motivation and drive, to the point where you just don’t care.

    The reason why I experienced burnout is that traditional time management techniques don’t really address how to manage your energy levels or control the constant chatter of thoughts in your head.  

    Also, it can be hard to piece together awkward time management techniques into a workable system where you can be highly productive.

    The Solution Falls into Place

    Everything clicked for me about a 1 year ago, and since that time I overcame my burnout.  A key piece of the puzzle fell into my lap last year when I came across two little known books which I talk about in the later parts of the system.

    Now, I experience much less stress, and am highly productive, even on days when I don’t feel like it.

    Because my Work Stress Management System is setup to work even if I don’t feel like it!

    But most importantly it’s set up so if I feel stressed, I know what to do, and my high productivity level is sustainable.
