Body
The body is a temple of God
- Baba
1
Man has three bodies: physical body, subtle body, and causal body. In death, the physical and subtle bodies disintegrate. But, the causal body remains.
(C.W.B.S.S.B. p.91)
In the Bhagavad Gita, our body is described as Kshetra and the Paramatma, who resides therein, is called Kshetragnya.
(S.S.B. 1974 p.13)
2
A healthy body is the best container for a healthy mind. Illness makes the mind agitated & anxious.
(S.S.S. Vol.VI p.109)
3
What is body? (Deham)
I am not it. (Naaham)
Then, who am I? (Koham)
I am That. (Soham)
Unless you cultivate love, tolerance, humility, faith, and reverence, how is it possible for you to realise God? Make your bodies lamps of love that contain all, then there is no need for Japam or Tapas. Loving service to others (who are the forms assumed by the Divine) will bestow on you the Grace of God.
Cultivate love and become intoxicated with it.
(S.S.S. Vol.VII p.316)

The body is the temple of God.
God is installed in it whether the owner of the body recognises it or not. It is God, Who inspires you to do good acts. Listen to that voice. Obey that voice and you will not come
