All the following exercises should be done with deliberate care as the most important point is to learn how the body functions and how it feels under specific conditions. When you do this you will then learn how to undo what caused the pain in the first place. This cannot be done rapidly. It takes time and careful attention to begin the process of unwinding, which is what causes most problems. Key words for the exercises in this book are: Gentle, Slow, Focused.
