    INTRODUCTION

    If you're considering a detox diet, you're probably thinking complicated constraints, grunts shamefully strong stomach and downright deprivation. But you don't have to consume juices of cayenne pepper and maple syrup per gallon to be healthy.

    These recipes are designed to engage in health at the first bite of detoxification. Foods and clean ingredients - are made of whole nothing packaged, predefined or preserved here! - and are free of allergens. Best of all, are simple.

    We have covered thanks to Amie Valpone, who knows a thing or two about eating clean. Six years ago, it was a busy living in NYC working woman. But struck with immobilization of chronic pain and inflammation of the intestine, he decided to make a drastic change.

    Valpone discovered that she was born without the gene to absorb folic acid, which explains the high levels of mercury in his body. She put on a diet strictly clean: free of sulfates, more dairy, soy, beans, grains, oil and gluten.

    While Valpone cannot eat many of the foods that can be of other people, your body still loves vegetables, avocado, eggs, organic Turkey and chicken, Greek yogurt, sharp cheeses and homemade guac (which doesn't sound like terrible deprivation for us). I am sure that I am healing, says Valpone on his blog, the healthy Apple. I have my body to give thanks for tell me what are the foods can and cannot eat.

    Valpone, now based in Manhattan personal chef for celebrities, shared their 25 meals of detoxification in the prevention, so get ready for a full year of eating clean. You just feel better to you same.

    Quinoa salad Cran

    Makes 4 servings

    Salad:

    1 cup of raw quinoa

    drying of 1/4 cup blueberries

    2 onions, finely chopped

    2 cups of Mixed Greens such as spinach and Arugula

    Dressing:

    1/4 cup nuts

    1/8 cup of pine nuts
