About this ebook

A boy's imagination takes him on an all day adventure when he finds a friend in his very own yard tree.
Without a spoken word from his tree friend, the boy tells the story about his Friend, The Tree!
It is a delightful rhyming story that truly brings a boys imagination to life!
This story will bring out the creative imagination in children, and show them that there is more to life than sometimes spoken. This enjoyable picture book will also invite them to love the trees that they are surrounded with, and encourage children to enjoy Mother Nature, and her trees. They, too, may find their very own friend in a tree!

About the Author: Danielle Dayrell (D.C. Dayrell), born on the bicentennial NEW YEAR, on January 1, 1976, has been writing since she was a small child. She grew up in the Metro Detroit area of Michigan, and currently resides in Grand Ledge, Michigan with her husband, 5 year old daughter, and her two ‘sons’ Shooter and Stoagie (dogs). She enjoys writing Children’s books, writing poetry, a good belly laugh, and following her dreams. She has won numerous poetry awards, had her poetry published in Anthologies, and The Sound of Poetry, but she published her very first Children’s book in 2013. She has written many more delightful and funny Children’s books that she hopes to publish soon. She also enjoys laughing A LOT, creating new useful products, gardening, painting, sculpting, camping, reading, and spending quality time with her family. She appreciates Mother Nature, getting her hands in earthy dirt, growing and eating organic, and is fascinated with trees and nature. Was it mentioned that she LOVES humor? (facetious). :) **She requests that if her book, "My Friend, The Tree" is printed, that you choose recycled paper to save the trees. That book was specifically done as an e-book only, to prevent the trees from being used as paper.
