Darrel roared his exultation as the skyship plummeted through the clouds. His stomach lurched and the damp wind soaked his clothes through to the skin. Behind him the great propeller rotated so fast he could no longer see the fans, it was his newest rudder and he had gone through six long months of mastering it. In front of him the crew hurried around the deck shifting barrels to adjust their balance for when the mages resumed their spell. Twenty five of the best magical practitioners Gulfarth City had to offer worked tirelessly to keep the ship soaring through the skies. And with their supply of Darka crystals filling the large crystal dome at the bottom of the ship, that magic would continue until the very end.
