Stuart begins his lecture by briefly sharing how he met his teacher. Next, Stuart discusses his belief that living in the Now is an inherently spiritual experience that engages the soul. At the heart of the lecture, Stuart explains the key elements to experiencing the Now: understanding the different levels of consciousness, and tools and techniques you can utilize to raise your level of conscious awareness.

Spiritual teacher Sullins Stuart is author of the Amazon Top 100 spiritual best seller "Living in Conscious Harmony: A Spiritual Guide to Being in the Now." Stuart has studied spirituality, philosophy, and psychology for over twenty years. He holds a M.A. in counseling from St. Edward’s University. In July 1995, three years into the thirteen years he spent with his own teacher, Stuart experienced a spiritual awakening that dramatically changed the direction of his life and his life’s work. He has lectured across the United States and Mexico City, and his spiritual articles have been published in the Austin American Statesman newspaper. Stuart devotes his time to spiritual coaching and consulting, lecturing, writing, and furthering his spiritual growth and evolution. He lives in Austin with his wife and two children.
