      Within these pages, you will learn about ‘The Eve Way.’

      ‘The Eve Way’ has transformed and liberated my mother. For me, it was my norm and has kept me healthy and vibrant throughout my life.

      ‘The Eve Way’ philosophy is the culmination of a journey many women will have been on, with weight issues, emotional traumas, joyous child birth, divorce and illness. Understanding where ‘The Eve Way’ developed from will inspire you. Inspire you to take control of your life in the fast moving 21st Century where ‘fast’ food and ‘convenience’ foods have become accepted as the norm. Our lives are increasingly busy and the rise in obesity, both in adults and children is alarming. We have been conditioned to ignore what our bodies are telling us and what our bodies desperately need.

      We eat calorie dense, nutritionally empty processed foods that bear no resemblance to anything that once lived, either as a plant or animal. Is it any wonder the rise in obesity has also seen a rise in chronic illnesses? By depriving ourselves of proper nutrition we are storing up issues for later in life.

      BUT - you can change the path you are on by discovering and following ‘The Eve Way’ philosophy. Having lived all of my life following this philosophy I feel privileged to be able to share it. By following it you too can be transformed and you too can pass on healthy eating habits to your children.
