About this ebook
Here is a short section from the book:
A gentle pressure provided by the shiatsu massage therapist is known to be therapeutically beneficial to the digestive and circulatory system. It helps improve cellular nutrition and the circulation throughout your body that its digestive system allows food to be digested more easily while it also aids in proper elimination of its waste products. It is also beneficial as it assists in the metabolism and removal of fat as well as increases the body's stamina.
Shiatsu has been a personal interest of mine for many years now. After some study and actually seeing the benefits myself, I wanted to share this great art form with others.

Introduction
Shiatsu massage has long been a beneficial practice which focuses on energy movement, and rebalancing throughout the body. The practitioner achieves this energy movement through pressing with the fingers on acupressure points, then precisely rubbing affected areas. The results vary but generally include pain relief, vitality, mental stimulation, and even relief of stress, and negative emotions. I personally wish health and well-being to readers, and hope this book is informative on the subject.
