About this audiobook
This is a 3-book bundle, which addresses various subtopics, including but not limited to these:
Book 1: Is Zen meditation something you have been looking into?
Are you mindful of your surroundings?
Do you want to enjoy the present better?
These are things you can enjoy with the help of Zen, which refers to peace of mind and relaxation, in most cases. When you are at work, when you are trying to be more forgiving in an intense relationship, or when you are stressed out too much… Zen can be the principle of living that can pull you through.
Book 2: Many people perceive Zen to be something that is only practices by Buddhist monks, but did you know that many people apply the techniques of Zen at their job, in their relationships, and in many aspects of life?
With Zen, you can change your mindset and your brain. You can begin to understand why meditation and mindful, subconscious thoughts will have a positive impact on your life. If you ask the right questions and if you are open to the answers, it can help you discover so much more about yourself!
Book 3: Most people who practice Zen techniques, are calmer and more satisfied in their lives. It’s one of those things you have to experience to understand it.
A pure Zen perspective on life can carry many benefits. It can help reduce stress and anxiety, alter the neurochemicals in your cerebrum, and make you feel more powerful and capable of things because of a more balanced outlook on the many challenges you face every day.
Take the time to learn about the ancient art of Zen. You won’t regret it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I urge you (or everybody who reads this) to get this audiobook. I liked it. The storyteller appears to be very professional, and the author understands a lot about the topic. The articulation of the words in this specific audio book was excellent, in addition to all the info contained in it. Based upon that, I am really glad that I got the book. It was well worth my time.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I wanted to say something about this audio book, and so I am actually putting in the time to write a customer review. I do not always appreciate any books, but this one stood out. And since it did, I started listening to it. It was some of the best time I spent, particularly because I was doing some other tasks in the meantime. Let me think for a minute ... how should I explain this? It was professional, uncomplicated, and easy to understand. With that being said, yup, I do highly recommend this audio book. No question about it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Extremely good. That's what I think. Despite of the author's knowledge about the subject, the narrator was still the element I was most impressed with. This is what actually offered me on the author's book. The best parts of this book (I forgot which chapters) meant the most to me. When I heard these things, I quickly knew I had made the best option. This book spoke with me.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The 5 stars need to be 6 stars. Yes, that's how it is. You heard me well. I feel it's so great that it is worthy of 6 stars. Not only did this audiobook sound like it was excellent quality, but it also showed me essential aspects of life, and about this theme in particular, of course. So, it absolutely deserves a couple of hard-earned stars. I've discovered that some books are pretty much trash, and that saddens me. But this particular book didn't follow that pattern. It's actually truly great. So, I love it.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is an interesting book. Thus, the 5 star rating I'm submitting. I did not stop listening until completion. That's how much I thought of it. I was happy to hear the appropriate pronunciation of all the words by a skilled audiobook producer. The narrator's voice was relaxing. Did I already mention that it seemed very professional? Well, it did. Yes, and that's the reason why I just liked listening to it a lot.
