Nice collection of Sherlock Holmes stories. Most of the writers did a fine job in staying true to Conan Doyle. Some of the stoeried fit perfectly into the canon while others added fun new elements. A few dealt with Holmes in a supernatural horror. These are the weakest of the collection. Neil Gaiman did a brilliant mix of Holmes and HP Lovecraft. Now everyone thinks they can mix supernatural horror with the most logical of characters. Well, most of the time, it doesn't work.
