- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Absolutely terrible. Several chapters of describing the obvious again and again. Even the penultimate chapter when you are given the ‘meat’ of this book gives you no useful specific advice or techniques at all.
It is like buying a book on how to deal with depression and reading ‘people who have depression have often experienced traumatic events in their lives’ and ‘people who do not have depression will often appear to be happy’. Then getting advised ‘start each day as if it’s a new beginning. Try to avoid things that make you feel bad and instead focus on things that make you feel happy’. That’s about the level of this book.3 people found this helpful
