The best way to diet is not solely based on eating healthy, the answer is much more complicated than that. It's not easy and there have been multiple theories on how we can do this but Joel Fuhrman found a simple way that anyone can follow. Am I catching your attention?

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I enjoyed listening to this book summary, it was great, thanks
- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5The reader couldn’t correctly pronounce many words, so many that it was distracting and not easy to follow. She also spoke too quickly and without tone or inflection, removing any ease in digestion of information. I did like the content.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5If we doe's not follow the proper plan of guidance of diet then it shows meaningless results .
