      Very insightful, easy to understand and could be used by any struggling leader. The fictional team used in the book is hugely effective in bringing the concepts to life and the characters are very relatable and easy to spot in every organisation.

      Awesome read. As sales captain of my team at work I was able to identify reasons why my team wasn't functional and also ways to improve on my self and role both as a sales captain and sales manager at work but also team leader in my community and in church.
