- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Decent principles but this is meant to be a workbook so I dont understand why it was maxe into an audiobook. Maybe this would be useful of listened to for 15 minutes a time over a few weeks - - not in 1 or 2 sittings between which you can't apply the principles

- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A helpful and direct guide to making small changes for the better in your living environment. The author focuses on structured exercises and small, accomplish-able tasks that give a sense of progress. The checklists alone are worth the price as they can do the work of getting you started on a task you are dreading.Very thoughtful and considerate journal to help you feel empowered and take action.
- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is a very short listen – it’s a one hour audiobook of a journal with checklists, which makes it a rather unique audiobook. There are helpful steps to encourage you to get started – and then to progress to larger things, hopefully in a way that leaves your weekends free to do the things you love. One of my favorite tips is to take a photo before you begin – and then take one when you are done – even if you’ve only worked on the project for a few minutes. Kitchen table here I come – camera in hand!I really enjoyed the reader, Amy McFadden. I will definitely look for more that she has read. But, overall, this book is a bit short to cover much ground breaking territory and because of the checklists, I believe it would work better in print form than audio.I received a copy of this audiobook through the LibraryThing Early Reviewers program in exchange for n honest review.
