About this audiobook

What do you do when the source of all your problems is the one thing you don't know how to fix?

With Don't Ask, Don't Tell nothing more than an unpleasant memory, U.S. Army surgeon Sabine Fleischer is ready to move on with her life-if she can just figure out how to move past her PTSD. Fresh from her first deployment since surviving a vehicle attack in Afghanistan, Sabine is finding the things she's tried so hard to push aside aren't as easy to ignore as she'd hoped.

Sabine's girlfriend and ex-commanding officer Rebecca Keane is happily settled into her new job running a trauma department in a civilian hospital. Life with Sabine is everything Rebecca ever wanted. But when Sabine's PTSD reappears worse than before, she's left struggling with her own guilt.

There's no doubt that both Sabine and Rebecca want the same thing. But how do you help the most important person in your life when they don't want to need your help?

The perfect sequel. Full of emotion, romance, and a dash of suspense. Excellent writing and superb narration.

Very good, I liked the handling of the hard topic of anxiety and PTSD. It’s a hard subject to write about and succeed in making it understandable I think. Some things I felt wasn’t as necessary to the plot, it felt like the writer might have considered going in another direction at some point but dropped it, but it came together nicely in the end.

I absolutely love this book. It is an amazing sequel to Ask, Tell. Sabin and Rebecca are perfect together. It will make you cry for the struggles they have to endure. Abby Craden is wonderful, I love her voice and she brings the characters to life.

A very well written continuance in Ask, Tell. Really touching on raw real life emotions but with the strength of a wonderful romance and love between the characters. As always Abby Craden hits the narration on point bringing the characters and their challenges, love and want for each other truly alive.

The story is great, but the narrator never speaks above a murmur which is hard to hear.

Loved this book. It was absolutely gut wrenching and hard to listen to in large chunks at times due to the nature of the topic of PTSD but I had to know how these characters made it through all of the struggles. Abby Craden's narration was beautiful as usual.
