Marissa Orr spent 15 years working at today’s top tech giants, Google and Facebook. She has conducted talks for thousands of people in the US, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, at companies and universities such as Google, Twitter, Pace University, New School, American Express, and more. Originally from Miami, Orr received her Masters degree in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Florida.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Bitter woman with a lot of misplaced anger. Thinks herself morally Superior to women who wants to seek success in the corporate world. Very limited view. Not recommended.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5There were thought provoking nuggets scattered throughout the book. The most interesting concept was that being part of the team, of circle of impact, rather than focusing on climbing the ladder was giving permission for the manager to pile on work without any thought toward promoting the individual. Chapter notes provided background for arguments put forth by the author.
