- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Fairly helpful but mostly a rehash of ideas and systems introduced elsewhere. Much of the book was quotes from other works. Much time was also devoted to pushing the idea of hiring a consultant. I don't fault her; this is obviously a career book and she doesn't hide it. It just didn't introduce much that was new. But she did draw together several other sources and ideas from others in a way that was inspiring so 3 stars.
