Very good book with good content. Would have liked to see it go more in depth but it was still very informative.
Took one star off the rating because the audio quality was poor, my guess is this audiobook was recorded with a sub-par mic. Lot of high pitched noise spikes which bothered the ears

quite good but mostly an American context but informative none the less.
A great book with real actionable informaiton, even for someone just start starting out.
Very detailed and in depth for the novice and experienced investor by far the best read so far I highly encourage anyone who’s a serous investors to read it!!!
I am new to the real estate world and feel like I just got a crash course that helped me understand the whole industry. Great book!

Good intro to investing in real estate. There are some pearls to get creative for seasoned investors but I would say it’s primarily for newer investors.
