Ingredients

● 1 lb stewing venison cut into bite-size pieces● 1 onion skinned and chopped● 1 carrot● oil● 1 pint red wine● 1 heaped tbsp flour● 3 tbsp blackcurrants● 1 packet of ready-made puff pastry (life’s too short to make puff pastry from scratch)
