BREAKFAST OAT CUPS
This brekkie dish is so delicious you’ll think you’re having dessert! Try this scrumptious baked recipe.
SERVES 2 PREPARATION: 5 MIN COOKING: 25-30 MIN
125ml (½c) plain yoghurt
2 eggs
30ml (2T) honey
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
60ml (¼c) oat bran 125ml (½c) rolled oats
pinch of salt
2,5ml (½t) baking powder
grated zest of 1 lemon or orange
TO SERVE
yoghurt
granadilla pulp
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease two oven-proof cups or ramekins with non-stick spray.
1 Beat the yoghurt, eggs and honey until well combined. Add the apples and mix.
