Baked nectarines with blackberries

Savour summer with this simple lo-cal dessert

SERVES 4 Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Halve and stone 4 ripe nectarines or peaches and place them in a small, shallow ovenproof dish or baking pan, cut-side up. Sprinkle over 6 tbsp cold water.
