Three hard truths 2020 has taught us – and three ways to build a better future

IT’S difficult to say what the long-term repercussions of 2020 will be. My hope is that even though we are still struggling through the emotional, physical and economic impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and are likely to feel these effects for months, if not years to come, that this year has also shone a spotlight on some of the most critical issues we have been facing as a society.
