Roasted Stuffed Pork Neck

Serves: 6-8 Preparation time: 3hrs

2 Tbsp olive oil
½ onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
600g spinach, chopped
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
6-8 leaves sage, finely chopped
2,3kg deboned pork neck
150g mozzarella cheese, grated
Boiling water to cover the meat
½ cup plum sauce
½ cup dry apple cider
3 Tbsp whole grain mustard


1. Preheat oven to 200°C. In a large pan, heat oil and sauté onion and garlic together.
