A Christmas is a time of celebration, connecting to our loved ones, relaxing and enjoying ourselves, being grateful for what we have and thinking of others. In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), health is about finding a natural balance that is authentic, rather than a dogmatic idea of what is right or wrong.
