Linux PCs

I’m looking to buy a dedicated Linux PC. I’ve searched around online, but have not had much luck. I’ve been using Windows for years and now want to switch hardware and buy a dedicated Linux PC. I know I can install Linux on my Windows PC, but I want a dedicated Linux PC. Is it no longer possible to do that?
