Cooking the Christmas goose

THIS year certainly turned out to be full of surprises for us all but I see absolutely no reason for letting the shenanigans of 2020 sway the merriment and quality of our Christmas feasts.

In our house, the larder will probably be a little less outrageously full and the fridge door may even shut without a shove but it will be business as usual as far as the wine cellar, my cheese order and our Christmas lunch is concerned.
