Against the Grain


Sweating it out at a sauna is a great way to lift your mood, improve blood circulation, and relieve sore or tense muscles and joints. But traditional saunas aren’t always comfortable due to its high temperatures of between 65C and 90C. That is why an infrared sauna makes for a better alternative.

Instead of conventional heat that raises the temperature of your environment, full spectrum infrared technology is used to penetrate the skin up to 7cm—heating the core of your body instead of the air around you for a more effective sweat session.
