Garlicky Broccoli Salad

BROCCOLI DOESN’T NEED to be bland or boring. It shouldn’t be overcooked to mush, underseasoned, or gray, either.

I wanted to create a broccoli salad that brought out the best in broccoli by highlighting its mildly bitter flavor. My goal was a salad that would be bold; flavorful; and substantial enough to work as a starter, side, or even a main dish.
