Food is the center of every celebration that can bring everyone together. Eating out at our most-loved restaurants for Sunday dinners have always been part of our weekly routines. However, the act of dining out with our loved ones has now completely changed. Because of the pandemic, any form of social gathering is now prohibited. The once bustling streets filled with restaurants is now unrecognizable with many forced to close down and some with only a handful of customers a day. As the fight for survival continues, we asked the professionals to share their unfiltered truths in keeping the industry alive.
