Life after lockdown

Emerging from months of enforced lockdown and isolation marks a very significant turning point in most of our lives. Few of us have been left untouched or unscathed by the appalling pandemic and, for many, life will never be the same again. But, this is also a time that can be used to spark a change for good. Turning bad things into good is both empowering and liberating. No longer a slave to our situation, we have a few more choices open to us as we decide how to live our lives – how we behave with others, how we choose to move our bodies, what we decide to learn, how we decide to eat, sleep and nurture ourselves. This unique moment in time can become an incredibly powerful turning point, encouraging us to pivot in a new, more positive, healthier, happier and more dynamic direction. Let’s use this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to become the very best we can be, in body, mind and spirit.

1 Let it go

Change for the better can’t happen without the right mindset. No matter where we’ve come from, what hardships we’ve endured or what slings and arrows of outrageous fortune have been hurled our way, we have within us the capacity to acknowledge, accept and move on.

If you haven’t already made peace with the past few months, now is the time to do so. There’s no progression without change and no moving forward while looking back (we’d fall over). Let’s step forward together into a brave new world of opportunities.
