Men who sleep less or have poor sleep quality are more likely to have low testosterone than men who sleep longer. Aim for at least seven-to-eight hours a night. For better sleep quality, stick to caffeine-free drinks after midday, and minimise blue light from electronic devices at least one hour before sleep.
Alcohol
Alcohol consumption directly reduces levels of testosterone output.
