SPECIALIST PHYSICIAN AND NEPHROLOGIST. HER GOAL IS TO BE AN ETERNAL STUDENT, WHICH IN TURN MAKES HER A BETTER CLINICIAN AND AN EVEN BETTER TEACHER. SHE HOPES TO PRACTISE MEDICINE AND HER SUB-SPECIALITY IN A MANNER THAT LEAVES PATIENTS FEELING HOPEFUL, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE DIAGNOSIS OR PROGNOSIS OF THEIR DISEASE.

I haven’t always known what I wanted, but I have always known what I didn’t want, what made me feel less than, and what I needed to avoid. It is important to figure out what you want and are willing to sacrifice for it – then pursue it, relentlessly, at your own pace and celebrate every milestone. Some days you break barriers and flourish, and on others you win just by getting out of bed and being disciplined. There’s a degree of instant gratification to what I do, and that makes my soul happy.”
