TANGERINE AND ELDERFLOWER MARMALADE
This is so much easier than orange marmalade as there’s much less pith to remove!
✣ 1kg (2¼lb) tangerines
✣ 2 lemons
✣ 150ml (¼ pint) elderflower cordial
✣ 1.5kg (3lb) granulated sugar You will need:
