HOT CHOCOLATE MINI BUNDT CAKES
Makes 12 to 16
1 (15.25-ounce) box devil’s food cake mix
1 (3.9-ounce) box chocolate instant pudding mix
½ cup granulated sugar
½ cup sour cream
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup whole milk
4 large eggs
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
5 to 6 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
Garnish: miniature marshmallows, unsweetened cocoa powder
